Purposed Incentives Initiative

Our staff created the Purposed Incentives Initiative just for your! We believe every student has the potential to be great in every aspect of school. But sometimes they don’t have the necessary desire and willingness due to lack of motivation. This supplemental program will help improve school climate, community involvement, and parental involvement through BLUFFCITYFUN!

We encourage progressive change within our inner city schools. All students should think positively of themselves as well as their peers. Our goal of 100% participation is based on the premise that all students should feel they have the ability to improve in multiple facets. It is our belief that building comradery between our students on the foundation of goal based achievement will create the community change we need.

We all need each other — PII is a vehicle for Staff, Students, Parents, and the Community to come together to be the change we want to see.
